Designed as a modular course, The True P.R.O.J.E.C.T. Leadership blueprint delivers the skills and behaviours which Prince2 or the APMPQ technical skills do not.
For cohorts up to 8 individuals, this course is designed to breakdown barriers, increase confidence and improve retention and leadership capability even in the most demanding project environment.
Sometimes a group environment is not the ideal for an individual, so we offer an opportunity to work with us as an individual. This opens up a bespoke approach and gains access to hypnotherapy where desired (Suzanne is the sole advances clincal hypnotherapist at Riverley).
We can also work with clients to develop group coaching to suit their bespoke needs.
